Mount LeConte is the tallest mountain in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, standing 6,593 feet above sea level. The lodge is the only mountaintop inn in the park. There is a main building housing the dining room, kitchen and staff living quarters: two log cabins with two and three bedrooms and a general living room with fireplace; a number of smaller, individual cabins: a building with games, rockers on the porch, a guest registry and pictures of days gone by: and an outdoor bathroom.
